About Tussle: Tussle is an innovative live streaming app that connects creators with audiences in real-time. Our platform offers a unique opportunity for advertisers to engage with viewers through dynamic and interactive content. We are rapidly growing and looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us revolutionize the live streaming experience.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space on the Tussle platform, working with clients to understand their needs, and crafting tailored advertising solutions that maximize their reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential advertising clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising goals and objectives.
  • Present and sell advertising solutions on the Tussle platform, highlighting the unique benefits and reach of our live streaming service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling advertising packages that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably within digital media or live streaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry and media buying processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $59,118.00 - $65,952.00 per year
