Position Details

OneIMS Group is seeking a talented HubSpot Sales and Marketing Architect to join our team. As a HubSpot Sales and Marketing Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies using the HubSpot platform. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and goals, and then develop and execute HubSpot campaigns to help them achieve results. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot tools and best practices, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their sales and marketing objectives and develop tailored HubSpot strategies to achieve those goals.
  • Implement and manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation systems for clients.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows using HubSpot.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing automation.
  • Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use HubSpot tools.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot tools and best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with lead nurturing workflows and email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification and Sales Software Certification, are preferred.
  • Knowledge SEMrush and Keyword Research
  • Expert knowledge of SEO
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
