Job Summary:

Nonnatech is a fast growing virtual health monitoring and analytics company looking for a highly motivated and driven team member and leader to help take our company sales to the next level. Nonnatech is hiring a Sales Account Executive position to oversee all sales and provide additional national sales lead generation and support for signature customer segments. We seek a dynamic Sales Representative who is passionate about healthcare and technology to drive growth and bring our remote health monitoring solutions to medical practices, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in not just meeting, but exceeding sales targets This position will report directly to the CEO with accountability to the C-suite. The candidate for this position must have a minimum of 8 – 10 years of proven sales experience selling at the senior management, executive and enterprise levels. Health IT or related sales is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. This team member must be creative, flexible and disciplined able to work successfully independently and with a team to manage complex, time-sensitive customer needs, collaborating well with internal team members and external customers in a timely manner focused on an exceptional customer experience.

The Sales Account Executive must possess expert relationship management abilities with excellent oral and written presentation and negotiation skills able to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization. The position will be a part to full-time opportunity – based on market need – and is a remote position that will work from home with minimum local travel required to meet with select customers. Pay will be based on experience with a highly incentivized bonus structure for meeting sales goals and related KPIs.

Position Responsibilities:

Primary Job Role: The Sales Account Executive’s primary role is to sell Nonnatech’s remote patient monitoring technology software products and related services in a defined market and territory. This person will own the process to proactively identify and close qualified, existing and new opportunities. The Account Executive will lead accounts including the entire sales process from business development and prospecting through to contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. The focus is on an exceptional customer experience that drives overall company growth and market position.

Key responsibilities and personal traits expected to be successful in this role include:

  • Prospect & Build Relationships:

Proactively identify and target potential healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers such as physicians, practice managers, and administrators.

  • Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to healthcare providers' needs. Understand their pain points, demonstrate the value of our RPM solutions, and guide them through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

  • Product Expertise:

Master our RPM product offerings and be able to articulate their value and benefits in terms of patient care, clinical outcomes, and financial efficiency. Provide potential clients with product demos, presentations, and technical specifications. Lead and participate in platform system training and testing as needed to support sales

  • Client Education:

Act as a trusted advisor, educating healthcare providers about how remote patient monitoring enhances patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Collaborate with marketing to provide relevant sales materials, white papers, and case studies. Participate in customer and end user testing and feedback and participate in performance improvement processes as needed

  • Pipeline Management & Reporting:

Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and provide accurate forecasts. Report regularly on sales activity, revenue performance, and market trends.

  • Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and client experiences while constantly creating a culture of sales excellence and integrity.

  • Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, focusing on new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Develop and maintain a comprehensive and proactive market and account management plan aligned to the sales pipeline with clear goals and KPIs. Proactively manage an executive account pipeline with a clear vision and process for expanding footprint markets and growing the current customer base

  • Post-Sales Support:

Ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to implementation by coordinating closely with the operations team. Maintain a strong relationship with clients post-sale to facilitate future upsell opportunities.

  • Able to quickly adapt and build relationships at all levels of the customer organization
  • Demonstrate business impact and return on investment able to sell Nonnatech’s services in a compelling manner focused on improving healthcare outcomes for our customers
  • Actively participate in iterating the sales process to find new approaches to knock down barriers and accelerate all points of the sales cycle from lead generation through to contract execution
  • Serve as an ambassador for Nonnatech building a positive brand in the healthcare industry
  • Work directly with customers to accelerate adoption and expansion where appropriate
  • Ensure promises are kept and made and delivered to all Nonnatech stakeholders reliably, timely, transparently, and cost effectively
  • Follow all IT security protocols and processes to ensure data security for all data transactions per HIPAA and protection of company intellectual property and data assets
  • Actively participate in regular sales performance reviews conducted with the executive team to drive improved business performance
  • Ensure that the current and future service requirements and business needs of external customers are identified, understood, and documented and shared with the team as needed
  • Contribute to the development of the sales strategic plan and roadmap with executive team
  • Support delivery of project implementations and operational support commitments
  • Participate in developing sales policies, procedures, marketing strategies and best practices
  • Stay updated on virtual health market trends and emerging healthcare technologies
  • Stay updated on the competitive and market landscape
  • Ensure all sales strategies and processes meet or exceed company-wide goals
  • Oversee relationships or processes with select vendors or service providers as directed by the executive team

Preferred Work Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business management/administration or related field(s) – advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience – sales in healthcare a major plus - with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
  • Start-up experience a plus with a healthcare company
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of HIPAA and related data security policies
  • Experience leading national sales initiatives with proven record of consistent year-over-year sales growth
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools
  • Self-Motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Previous experience in remote patient monitoring, telehealth or electronic health/population health platform sales will be receive the topmost consideration

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 USD with uncapped commission, performance and milestone bonuses. Opportunity for career growth within a fast-paced, innovative company.
