Job Title: Head of Client Success

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced individual to work with the fulfilment team to deliver consistent results for our clients. Your main roles will revolve around assisting with campaign management, campaign strategy and reporting & analysis to clients. If you are a team player who displays a positive professional and hardworking attitude, have experience in B2B marketing and want to help businesses grow then you are the person we are looking for.

Location: Remote

Hours preference: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST or CST

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients about new campaigns and changes to campaigns in terms of both copy and targeting.
  • Managing the prospect list-building process on extending filters for campaigns that have saturated their TAM with research and talking to clients.
  • Campaign maintenance - making changes to campaigns that need edits.
  • Monitor campaign reporting
  • Check in with the appointment scheduling team about responses and manage relationships between them and the client.
  • Tracking clients' target monthly meetings and seeing if they are on target.
  • Send out the weekly reporting email.
  • Monthly call reporting call.
  • Project and task management.
  • Onboarding and launch calls.
  • Upselling to clients and finding opportunities to scale.
  • Collect case studies/testimonials/reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with client success/account management
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Well-organized with great time management
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Excelled interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge and at least 2 years experience of B2B marketing

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Performance bonus

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Account management: 2 years (Required)
  • B2B marketing: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • Fluent or Native English (Required)
