Position Details

Growth Advisor

THE PERSON

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Growth Advisor to join our team on a commission basis. As a Growth Advisor, you will be responsible for shepherding deals generated through Servant's Strategic Advisor Network, and Marketing, in addition to your personal outreach. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by managing deal maturity, proposal development, customer stakeholders, and the sales contract process. This is a full time contract role, with uncapped 100% commission earning potential.

A seasoned sales professional, who shares Servant's passion for “Seeing the global Church grow, thrive and flourish in the digital age.” This individual is someone who could spend their time selling many things, but is looking to use their sales skills to have an impact on the kingdom of God. They have confidence in their sales capability, and Servant's value to the Faith ecosystem, so they are ready to take on a commission sales position with unlimited earning potential. They are detail oriented, and own the details of deal management with pride!

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Presentations: Present and articulate the value of Servant Digital and Servant Talent services to prospective clients, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and close sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to service implementation.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling strategic services.
  • Proven expertise in personally closing $10M+ annually, preferably in digital solutions or talent management services.
  • Minimum of 5 years working in businesses with annual revenues between $10 - $50M annually.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and executive talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Established network of business contacts is a plus.
  • Prior experience using Hubspot CRM, Canva and Google Suite
