Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits
- Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead sales initiatives and motivate team members to achieve targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Perform warm calling to generate leads and expand the customer base
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
