BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR NEEDED

Vice President - Business Development

PLEASE NOTE: We are only considering applicants who have worked in business development for a call center, Business Process Outsourcing Company or Telemarketing firm. You MUST have experience in doing business development for a call center.

Responsibilities will include building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for Intelemark LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record and background that enables them to lead a sales effort that will include teaming with Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers and Partners and engagements at the CxO level with large enterprises. The successful candidate will also possess a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with developers and technical architects. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.

You will collaborate with the broader sales team to grow pipeline and close new business that delivers outstanding value, ROI and client experiences to our customers.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a high-level individual contributor role. This position has no direct reports but the President of the company.

  • Develop a prospect pipeline in the BPO and call center space
  • Drive revenue and market share for Intelemark LLC.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a sales plan
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage contract negotiations along with internal stakeholders
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of call center related business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies.

  • Experience selling Call Center / BPO services absolutely required. No exceptions.
  • You must be able to generate your own leads and have an extensive list of contacts
  • Prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform/Contact Center (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, CCaaS) space
  • Experience with Amazon Connect preferred but not required
  • Proven successful experience in closing complex software solutions
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities

  • Strong engagement and communication skills
  • Consultative selling experience

Key Results Areas:

  • Develop a detailed prospecting plan for each industry and/or service vertical within the first 30 days
  • Build a significant active prospect list to nurture for opportunities. The company is well positioned by capability and relationship to competitively respond.
  • Will work with the President to identify new prospects and opportunities
  • General performance expectations to drive overall sales and revenue goals include:

1. 50-100 Prospecting dials per day

2. 5 Prospect conference calls per week – 20 per month

3. 10 RFP’s / Proposal Opportunities per month

Education and Experience:

  • High School Degree required
  • Four Year College Degree highly preferred
  • Experience selling Call Center / BPO services absolutely required. No exceptions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus

Experience:
