Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients
- Drive upsell opportunities and renewals through proactive account management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success in the hospitality or software services industry
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Proficient in analyzing data to drive business decisions
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Knowledge of SaaS products and markets
- Project management skills are a plus
