Position Details

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with prospective clients in the greater San Antonio, TX area.

What We Offer:

  • 20% Commission on the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for every client you bring in—paid monthly for the first 12 months of the client's contract.
  • Example: Close 3 clients with MRRs totaling $8,700, and you'll earn $1,740 per month for 12 months.

  • No cap on commissions—the more you sell, the more you earn!
  • Work with a leading IT services provider with a strong track record of success.

*Duties*

- Promote and sell Tri Leaf Technology Services' On-Demand IT Support and Security Services to small and mid-sized businesses in the greater San Antonio, TX area.

- Identify potential clients, set up meetings, and present tailored IT solutions.

- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close deals

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

- Present product demonstrations to potential clients

- Utilize various sales techniques including cold calling and inside sales

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies

- Attend industry events to network and promote products/services

*Skills*

- Experience in retail sales, B2B, or technical sales is preferred

- Proficiency in Managed IT Support and Security and technology sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Familiarity with outside sales techniques is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65,392.00 - $130,784.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Commission only
  • Uncapped commission

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
