Position: Sales Team Member (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new accounts with brands, companies, and events that align with our wellness mission.
- Build and nurture strong relationships, understanding the needs of these partners and offering tailored wellness solutions.
- Exceed sales goals by proactively pursuing leads and turning connections into lasting partnerships.
- Represent our services at events, meetings, and through virtual presentations, showcasing the value we bring to partners.
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and implement strategies for expanding our reach and impact.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in securing accounts with brands, companies, or events.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven – you love the thrill of closing a deal.
- Ability to work independently, with the support of a dynamic team.
- Comfortable using sales tools and technology to manage leads and accounts.
