Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a driven, experienced, and motivated Cofounder/Partner to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for helping businesses grow, a solid online marketing skillset, and a proven track record in consultative sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Sales: Lead the sales effort for Local SEO, SMM, Web Design, Facebook & TikTok Ads, Reputation Management, and other digital marketing services.
- Marketing Campaigns: Execute and manage cold email, SMS, and cold call campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Client Consultation: Provide consultative sales services, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to help SMBs succeed online.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to the overall growth of the company by driving revenue through effective sales strategies and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of successful, consultative sales experience in the SMB space, with a focus on digital marketing services.
- Skillset: Strong online marketing skills, including cold outreach (email, SMS, calls) and campaign management.
- Track Record: Proven success in selling Local SEO, SMM, Web Design, Facebook & TikTok Ads, and Reputation Management.
- Work Ethic: Hard-working, money-motivated, with a passion for helping businesses thrive online.
- Character: Honest, with integrity, and able to leave ego at the door. Must be solution-oriented and able to adapt quickly.
- Portfolio: Ability to share prior work, provide references, and demonstrate a history of successful sales and client satisfaction.
