Job Description: A Client Partner is a seasoned professional who supports and advises clients, offering solutions and strategies to help achieve their business goals. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing projects collaboratively with delivery leaders. The Client Partner ensures the highest levels of customer focus and satisfaction by working closely with senior employees and other departments.
Reports to: Business Unit Head
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between client leadership and internal management for business executions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Resolve customer concerns and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Business Development:
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and present customized programs to meet client needs and close business deals.
- Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as required.
- Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Project Management:
- Work closely with delivery leaders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to provide clients with timely information.
- Strategic Advising:
- Advise and support clients by offering solutions and tactics to achieve their business goals while increasing company revenue.
- Ensure key metrics are tracked and achieved, including Quarterly and Annual revenue targets, Contribution Margins, Client Retention %, cNPS, etc.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Build new client relationships through networking, email campaigns, references, etc.
- Attend periodic travel to client sites and networking events to strengthen client connections and foster new relationships.

- Customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to client sites and networking events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
