Position Details

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. You will leverage your communication skills and customer relationship management expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services or SaaS, with experience in account management and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate information is maintained and updated.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support client onboarding and retention efforts.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage projects, and report on customer engagement metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product features and functionalities.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall service delivery.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management roles, preferably within the financial services or SaaS industries.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience in account management or project management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
