Position Details

We are Hong Kong's premier health supplements company, poised to launch an exciting new startup brand in the US market. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to spearhead this venture. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of driving exponential growth, forging strategic partnerships, and elevating our sales and marketing initiatives. From day-to-day, you'll...


  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to the market, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal placement, visibility, and performance of our products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences. Use insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and product development to align business objectives and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to evaluate business performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting e-commerce operations. Proactively adjust strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to foster a high-performance culture and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and e-commerce policies governing operations in the United States. Liaise with legal and regulatory teams as necessary.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements

You'll be a great talent, if you are...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6 years) in senior sales and marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Deep understanding of the US market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
