Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management, with the ability to negotiate effectively and develop strategic plans that align with our business goals. 50% commision of each initial sale, paid weekly.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Utilize Go High Level for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Proficiency in Go High Level or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
