Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in opening new markets, generating leads, creating opportunities, and closing sales in the United States. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to open new markets and generate leads.

- Identify and create opportunities for Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud, and tech recruitment services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Present Coders Solution’s services to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.

- Negotiate and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce, AWS, and Google Cloud solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per year

Benefits:
