**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and a passion for business development. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a career in sales and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Duties:**

- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential customers and establish rapport with them.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Utilize HubSpot to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target market and industry trends.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- Strong background in business development or a related field.

- Proven experience in cold calling, warm calling, and inside sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.

- Experience with HubSpot and other sales tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No nights

Supplemental Pay:
