Business Development Representative
Job Description
As a National Industry Network (NIN) Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with finding and conversing with business owners. We are business intermediaries; helping owners execute their exit strategy. As a Business Development Representative, you will utilize your own unique lead generating system to find business owners, and follow our process to propose a simple question to them, “Are you interested in selling your business?” If they say yes, you get some very basic information and that’s it. We do the rest...and you earn huge commissions when the deal closes.

The right candidate for this position will have:
- An entrepreneurial spirit. This is a 100% straight commission, 1099 Independent Contractor position. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you make.
- A Unique lead source. You must have a database, system, or process for finding qualified leads (business owners).
- A hunter’s mentality. You must have a desire to go find the people you want to talk to.
- A personal reason. You must know your “WHY” and be able to tell us why you are willing to put in the effort that it takes to earn a high six-figure income, it can’t just be about the money.

Requirements
- Confidence. You must feel comfortable talking to business owners.
- ‘Sales hunter’ mentality. Huge commissions, but you have to have the drive to go find the businesses owners to talk to.
- The desire to create your own destiny, surpass everyone around you, and maximize your pay.
- Proficient in the B2B sales environment with clear understanding of how to communicate with successful business owners.
- Experience in a B2B sales capacity role or account management.
- Proven ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Ability to reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email, and other channels.
- Ability to work independently while being a part of a team.
