Job Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying prospective clients and sourcing partnership opportunities for existing clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Ability to identify key decision-makers, overcome objections and create value propositions.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and build rapport.
- Collaborate with team to develop strategies for targeting new markets and expanding existing accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM and other software tools to track leads and maintain accurate records.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales is preferred.
- Familiarity Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
