About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales representative with a background in legal sales to drive growth for our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and prospecting into plaintiff law firms. They will be comfortable cold calling and interacting with key decision makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volume outreach prospecting for qualified leads (about 80 calls per day)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at plaintiff law firms
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong phone presence
  • Persistence to achieve a high volume of outbound activity each day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
