Sales Activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Planner for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Engage in company warm leads
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales is a plus.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
