About Us:
We are a boutique Salesforce engineering firm specializing in delivering high-quality, customized solutions for mid-market companies across various industries. We maintain a smaller client list, allowing us to dedicate more time to each client and focus on longer-term projects. Our team values excellent communication, independent thinking (we push back if something doesn't make sense), and ensuring that products are well-tested and running perfectly before handing them over to clients for testing. We’re looking for a BDR who shares these values.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an engaging and intelligent Business Development Representative (BDR) with a background in tech sales to join our team. This role requires someone who can independently identify and engage with potential clients, particularly mid-market companies that use Salesforce and are looking to customize their Salesforce org. The BDR will be responsible for generating and vetting leads, as well as scheduling meetings for our team to discuss potential partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target mid-market companies that use Salesforce and have a need for customization.
  • Lead Vetting: Research and qualify leads to ensure they align with our ideal client profile.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and our team to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Independent Research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce developments.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Tech Sales: Proven experience in a tech sales role, preferably with a focus on SaaS or Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Engaging Personality: An engaging and kind demeanor with the ability to connect with clients and represent our company well.
  • Technical Acumen: A background in tech or a Computer Science degree is highly desirable, allowing you to converse intelligently about technical solutions.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your own leads, and drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Research Skills: Strong research abilities to identify and qualify the right leads for our niche services.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce and an understanding of its customization potential is a plus.
  • Eligibility: Must be U.S.-based, able to work remotely, and will not require visa sponsorship or authorization.
