This is a unique chance to join a recently launched startup marketing agency from the ground up, offering an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the industry. We are looking to hire 2 part-time Business Development Representatives, with the potential to transition to full-time roles with benefits as the company expands. This is your opportunity to learn the industry, develop valuable lifetime skills, and grow alongside a dynamic team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2+ years of work experience in a related field
  • Ability to process adopt and quickly adapt
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self starter
  • Intellectually curious with an intense desire to continuously learn
  • Coachable, driven, and hard-working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities: As a Business Development Representative at FOURCORTERS, you will serve as an extension of our sales team and project management team, developing and executing business development strategies that drive growth. Your training will expose you to a variety of sales and marketing programs, gaining insights and experience that will accelerate your professional development.

  • Collaborate with the FOURCORTERS team and clients to craft and implement business development strategies
  • Research target audiences, then design and execute email, social media, and calling campaigns to engage and convert them
  • Conduct cold calls to uncover and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring client goals and KPIs are met
  • Work closely with sales and project management teams to deliver top-tier sales development services and help fulfill on a number of account based marketing solutions
  • Manage prospecting campaigns using tele-prospecting, email, and social channels
