Position Overview:

This is a contract role. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling staffing solutions, particularly virtual assistant services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the outsourcing industry and a passion for helping businesses optimize their operations through remote staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in need of virtual assistant services across various industries.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage all leads coming in from pay per lead & advertising programs
  • Pipeline Development: You will be expected to develop your own leads through cold calling and existing relationships
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to strategically position our services.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales roles within the staffing or Virtual Assistant industry. Bonus for a focus on virtual assistant services.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the virtual assistant market and the benefits of remote staffing solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: Base contract is $5,000 per month ($60,000 per year) plus commission. Target first year compensation is $108,000

Supplemental Pay:
