Position Details

Location: Chicagoland Area (Remote/Field-Based)

Compensation: $560 per week + 20% commission (profit) on initial and follow-up orders (12 months after the initial sale).

Company Overview: We specialize in high-quality custom apparel and promotional products, including embroidered and screen-printed items. Our clients include businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations of all kinds, helping them build brand visibility with customized gear that looks great and lasts. We are expanding our presence in the Chicagoland area and are looking for a motivated, self-starter Sales / Business Development Contractor to grow our client base.

Job Summary: The Sales / Business Development Contractor will proactively identify and connect with businesses, organizations, schools, teams, and other groups throughout the Chicagoland area. Your role will be to introduce our custom apparel and product offerings, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue through initial and repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads and establish new client relationships within the Chicagoland area.

· Present our custom apparel and promotional product options to potential clients, showcasing our embroidery, screen printing, and branding capabilities.

· Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale, including follow-up on leads provided by the company.

· Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction and facilitating repeat orders.

· Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

· Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Compensation Package:

· Weekly base pay: $560

· Commission: 20% of order profit on all initial and follow-up orders within 12 months of the initial sale.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role; experience in apparel or promotional products is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the Chicagoland area.

· Ability to effectively present information and close sales.

· Comfortable with remote and in-person client outreach.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $560.00 per week

Schedule:
