Job Title: Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition)
Job Description:
RorZfilms is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts. This role is essential for growing our client base by identifying new business opportunities, cold calling potential leads, and utilizing a range of techniques to secure partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients, especially in the automotive industry and video production space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, including automotive brands, dealerships, agencies, and other relevant industries, to expand RorZfilms' client base.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, networking events, and other prospecting methods.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, managing and tracking sales activities in a CRM or similar system.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, presenting RorZfilms' services and capabilities, and demonstrating how we can meet their video production and marketing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships in the automotive and video production sectors.
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure potential clients understand RorZfilms' offerings and the value we bring to their business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position RorZfilms as a leader in automotive content creation.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally within the video production, marketing, or automotive industries.
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills with the ability to turn leads into successful long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a high level of initiative.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the creative and production teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital content, and the video production process is a plus.
- A passion for the automotive industry and an understanding of its trends and needs.
- Ability to travel for meetings, events, and networking opportunities as needed.

Pay: $73,324.00 - $83,713.00 per year
