As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities within the property management sector, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate investors, developers, and other key stakeholders to generate new leads and business.
- Proposal Development: Create and present compelling business proposals, service packages, and pitches to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s visibility and engage potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of exceptional service.
- Performance Tracking: Set and achieve sales targets, reporting regularly to senior management on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the property management or real estate sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management practices, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
- Relationship Management: Proven track record in building and managing relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively with a focus on achieving results.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and property management software is a plus. RentSource Corp utilizes LeadSimple CRM and Appfolio Property Management Softwares.
- Education: Active CA Real Estate License Required.
