Remver IT Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. This is a commission-based, remote position where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our IT consulting and managed services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for our IT consulting and managed services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential areas for growth.
- Attend virtual meetings and networking events to promote Remver IT Consulting and generate leads.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within IT or managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting, managed services, and relevant market trends.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $72,891.00 - $83,286.00 per year
