Position Overview:
Novacomp seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with substantial experience in outsourcing solutions for software engineering. This 1099 contractor role is pivotal to Novacomp’s growth, focusing on engaging U.S. clients, understanding their unique technical and strategic needs, and positioning Novacomp’s LATAM talent solutions to drive measurable business success. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and relationship-building to closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and consultation to closing contracts, specializing in software engineering outsourcing solutions.
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline by leveraging industry expertise and professional networks.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, offering insights and customized solutions that align with client goals.
  • Stay current on market trends across the U.S. and LATAM to anticipate client needs and position Novacomp competitively.
  • Collaborate with Novacomp’s internal teams to ensure that client expectations are understood and fulfilled through our LATAM talent solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling outsourcing solutions within the U.S. market, with a particular focus on LATAM-based engineering talent.
  • Strong expertise in software engineering services, including familiarity with the software development lifecycle, tech stacks, and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand and address unique client needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior-level stakeholders.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
