Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth strategy. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and converting qualified leads into contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a Target Company Prospect List using AI software and industry-leading data tools.
- Conduct 100-125 meetings annually with qualified prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential customers and convert leads into successful contracts.
- Track and optimize sales campaigns using a CRM platform like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and deliver information requested by potential clients.
- Provide weekly progress reports and participate in regular status meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in government contracting or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
