iDream LLC is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of market trends to effectively position Microsoft licenses and solutions in the marketplace.
Duties
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective customer relationship management.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients that clearly articulate the value of our software solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft 365 products and services. Expertise on Microsoft Licensing.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Special priorities will be given to those who have past experience with Microsoft Distributors, Resellers or Partners. This is a commission based positition and get earn more based on your sales volume and profits. You don't need to quit your current job and can work on remote and part time basis.
