Position Details

Handy Banjo, a fast-growing Michigan based Non-IT / Tech staffing, recruiting, and consulting firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Business Development Manager/Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and exhibit a sense of urgency to achieve goals and exceed expectations. We are looking for sales-minded individuals who will thrive in our competitive environment.

Job Location- 100% REMOTE
This is a commission based job, 30%commission on each account that one successfully closes.

There is no fixed salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow client base by selling Non- IT / Tech staffing and recruiting services
  • Network, cold call and conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Establish business relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts
  • Negotiate rates and fees with clients

End to end sales person needed, start from sourcing leads to closing accounts.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Consulting/Staffing/Recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong networking and referral-building skills
  • Prior Non- IT / Tech Staffing sales / recruiting experience required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $100.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
