Position Details

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive company growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Identify potential clients and market trends to develop targeted strategies.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with healthcare providers, including clinics, hospitals, and dental practices, to introduce our services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present customized proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and generate leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and market analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using project management software
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Choose your own hours
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
