About This Position:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical to driving our business growth and expanding our client base in the fashion e-commerce photography industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting cold calls, sending targeted emails, meeting with potential clients, and collaborating with our photography team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fashion e-commerce photography industry
  • Conduct cold calls, send targeted emails, and initiate direct contact with potential clients to understand their specific photography needs and preferences
  • Showcase our photography packages and products with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and expectations
  • Collaborate with our photography team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the studio's success

Qualifications / Expectations:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development and sales - required
  • Strong understanding of the fashion e-commerce photography industry - preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships - required
  • Self-motivated and results-driven - required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team - required
