We are looking for a dynamic and driven Logistics Sales Specialist to join our team and help us expand our client base for air and ocean freight shipments from China and Vietnam to the US or from the US to the rest of the world.
Job Description:
As a Logistics Sales Specialist at ePacket Express, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients who need to ship goods to and from the United States via air or ocean freight. This remote position requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Identify: Actively seek out potential clients and new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging your existing contacts within the industry.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations.
- Present Solutions: Effectively communicate ePacket Express’s value propositions, services, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of air and ocean freight logistics, particularly from China and Vietnam to the US.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
