With an MBA, a background in Process Improvement, and a ton of single friends she realized there was an opportunity to improve the process of finding one's partner so she combined her passion and expertise to develop a luxury matchmaking firm.

Now, with more than 50,000 members (and rising!) we are happy to say that our firm has the largest database of singles in the state. We take pride in what we do and how we do it!

The Role:

As head of our Sales team, you won't just oversee – you'll dive deep into the nuances, bridging the gap between training, strategy and execution. You'll work directly with the Chief Executive Officer and you will be the centerpoing connecting our team, ensuring we hit our goals.

Sales Operations and Analytics:

  • Develop a strategic approach to sales training and performance management
  • Utilize CRM analytics and sales activity metrics to optimize performance
  • Design and implement robust accountability structures

Sales and Strategy Development:

  • Consult with high ticket Sales Directors and leadership, offering data-driven strategies and coaching
  • Identify areas of improvement and remove blind spots hindering revenue goals
  • Equip Sales Directors with clear roadmaps and tools for success

Leadership Enrollment and Synergy:

  • Lead team of 4 inside High ticket Sales Representatives and Appointment Setter
  • Foster collaboration between Sales and operations
  • Ensure sales requirements are met operationally and technologically.
  • Understand end-to-end client fulfillment and maximize client LTV.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer on data-driven strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations and performance analytics
  • 3+ years of hands-on B2C high ticket client-facing sales experience
  • Proven ability to create synergy with leadership
  • Experience developing data-backed sales strategies
  • A hunger for growth and commitment to client success
  • A go-getter attitude
  • An outgoing and warm personality
  • Top-tier communication and organizational skills

Pay: $2,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Completion bonus
  • Performance bonus
