Position Details

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. This role is integral to our mission of expanding our client base and enhancing the reach of our HR consulting services.

This is a 100% commission-based role. This role is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their own income or those committed to earning a substantial income on their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential business clients within the small to mid-sized business sector.
  • Conduct cold calls and utilize networking strategies to generate new sales leads.
  • Present and sell The Unit Consulting’s range of HR services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Attend networking events, seminars, and other business gatherings to promote our services.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients.
  • Coordinate with the management team to enhance sales materials and performance.

Compensation:

  • This position is 100% commission-based, offering a lucrative opportunity for high earning potential.

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Additional Preferences:

  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
