Our innovative approach has garnered success stories across various industries, and we are looking for driven Account Executives to expand our reach and impact.

Position: Account Executive - LinkedIn Sales Specialist

Location: Remote (USA-based)

Compensation: Commission-based, $1,500 per closed deal

Role Overview: As an Account Executive specializing in LinkedIn sales, your primary responsibility will be to engage and convert consultants seeking growth opportunities for their businesses. Leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and supported by a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR), you will identify potential clients, initiate meaningful conversations, and demonstrate how our executive mastermind group can transform their business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively to build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective consultants.
  • Initiate outreach campaigns to engage consultants and schedule meetings to present our mastermind group benefits.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and tailor presentations to demonstrate the value of our services in achieving their business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our BDR for targeted outreach campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Sales Manager who will provide mentorship, coaching, and shadowing during sales conversations to ensure success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and leverage support resources to achieve sales targets.
