Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Merchant Service Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a keen understanding of market trends. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and being proactive.
  • Identify new business opportunities with the local business sector and expand the existing client base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in account management tasks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results.

Pay: $164,042.00 - $173,827.00 per year

Expected hours: 3 – 8 per week
