Job Title: Associate - Business Development and Deal Sourcing

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and securing new investment opportunities that align with our firm's strategic objectives and investment criteria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent networking and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing:
- Proactively identify potential investment opportunities through various channels, including industry networks, conferences, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones with key industry players, intermediaries, and potential partners.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and attractive investment sectors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential deals, ensuring efficient tracking and prioritization.
- Consistently deliver qualified investment opportunities that meet or exceed the firm's targets.
- Deal Evaluation:
- Perform initial due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market assessment, and competitive landscape review.
- Collaborate with the investment team to assess the strategic fit and potential value creation of each deal.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Deal Execution:
- Support the negotiation and structuring of investment transactions, working closely with legal and financial advisors.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of due diligence processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of post-investment strategies for portfolio companies.

- Demonstrated success in a results-driven sales or business development environment.
- Proven track record of identifying, evaluating, and closing deals.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Compensation:
- Highly competitive, performance-based compensation tied directly to successful deal closures.
