This position will be pivotal in driving new client acquisition for the agency. Our client focus is e-commerce companies who sell product(s) - specifically on Amazon that need to grow their own branded e-commerce revenue OR don't currently sell on Amazon and should. DFY’s value proposition is in building efficient e-commerce sales funnels and driving the ideal avatar(s) to that funnel to drive revenue. We specialize in paid media performance (including, but not limited to Meta, Google, and Amazon Advertising) and prioritize driving high ROAS to help clients subsidize our services via incremental revenue. The ideal candidate for this role will have sales and/or e-commerce experience, an extensive portfolio of business, and be comfortable on a majority commission compensation basis. Base salary is negotiable for the right candidate, but new client acquisition is the primary objective. Base pay is negotiable after a 90-day review.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct Outbound Sales Activities: Engage in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to book sales calls to introduce prospective clients to DFY leadership.
- Lead Research: Identify prospects within Amazon.com (vendors or sellers) with e-commerce growth opportunities.
- Lead Ranking: Develop and execute a process for ranking outbound leads based on opportunity, such as potential revenue and e-commerce/Amazon sales growth potential.
- Lead Qualification: Understand the needs of leads and determine their alignment with DFY's vision and client priorities.
- Collaborate on Sales Strategies: Work closely with the Agency Director and Founder to develop and implement sales strategies, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead data in our CRM system, GoHighLevel.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team and Agency Director to ensure effective lead generation and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
- Market Feedback: Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years in outbound sales, with a strong background in e-commerce and the Amazon vendor/seller industry. Preferably, experience in digital marketing KPIs and agency settings.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, with the ability to learn through experimentation. Experience in sales development or inside sales within a D2C/B2C agency or an e-commerce brand with an Amazon presence.
- Passion for Digital Ecosystem: A genuine passion for the product sales ecosystem and familiarity with top-tier platforms.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics, communicate insights, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Critical Thinking and Efficiency: Ability to think critically and execute tasks accurately and efficiently. Proficient in researching companies and identifying key decision-makers.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detailed, organized, and planning-oriented, with exceptional follow-through, initiative, and time management skills.
- Independence and Multitasking: Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Network: Existing relationships with Amazon vendors/sellers experiencing e-commerce sales challenges are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with GoHighLevel, communication technology, and other sales tools and tactics.

- Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Compensation: The cash compensation package potential is $36,000 - $72,000, not including prospective performance bonus tied to set targets. An offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skill level, accreditation or education, and other relevant business considerations. Before being offered a position, the final candidate will be required to demonstrate his or her competency and ability.
