Position Details

Xen.AI is seeking a highly motivated Business Development / Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by securing AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science projects within these domains: Healthcare; Life Sciences; Banking, Financial Services and Insurance; and/or Manufacturing/Industrial (based on your experience). What You'll Do:

  • Leverage your extensive network and consultative selling expertise to identify and acquire new client projects.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your domain of expertise.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand Xen.AI's market presence.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Success: A track record of securing high-value client projects and generating revenue in the Healthcare; Life Sciences; Banking, Financial Services and Insurance; and/or Manufacturing/Industrial sectors.
  • Motivation: Must be Self-Driven
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Drive and Focus: A results-oriented, can-do attitude with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Legal Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience:

  • Robust Book of Business: Small to Mid-Size Businesses in your domain of expertise
  • Startup / Scale up Experience: Drive and fortitude and an “all hands-on deck” mentality.
  • Solution Sales: Preferably in Intelligent Automation, Analytics Platforms, and/or AI-driven problem solving solutions
