We are hiring a team of consummate Advertising Account Executives with proven track records of achieving and exceeding goals in the digital and print law-related magazine space; we offer uncapped commissions for a three-month annual consumer advocacy campaign. This is the perfect assignment to bridge the gap between sales positions, supplement retirement income for superior sales professionals, or a great way for talented closers to earn a respectable amount in commissions in a short period. A proven track record in ad sales for digital and print magazines is essential. Candidates should possess a hunter mentality, constantly striving to achieve and exceed goals to complete the assignment as quickly as possible while leveraging their sales acumen and intuition to optimize performance. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively is essential.
Account managers will be key to ensuring the legal consumer advocacy project continues to serve the public via advertisements nationwide. Account managers should build and facilitate strong relationships among the consumer advocacy group and law firm clients. To be successful, account managers must have the sales acumen to close deals efficiently and timely, quickly converting law firms into clients. We require at minimum 5 years of experience in print and/or digital media sales, with a strong focus on B2B, luxury segment or legal services space.
These positions are remote and thus require professionals to be self-starters, highly motivated, efficient, and possess a high level of personal and professional integrity and character.
Schedules will generally run from Monday through Friday, during business hours, including some evenings and possibly a short amount of time on weekends for follow-ups, at the discretion of the law firms and sales professionals to ensure goals are met. Since this is a three-month assignment, we require advertising account executives to be available for the entire duration of this short term.
Generous commissions in addition to opportunities to garner weekly challenge bonuses, along with an end-of-project merit bonus will be paid.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field, or experience in lieu of degree.
· Five years of sales background via telephone sales with a sterling track record of meeting or exceeding benchmarks.
· CRM proficiency.
· Four references are required: two personal, and two professional.
· We prefer candidates with a high level of personal and professional integrity and character.
· This assignment will be working with confidential information and as such, appropriate background checks will be conducted, and those hired will be asked to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or experience in related field a plus, but not required.
