A respected digital marketing agency serving the nonprofit sector is seeking an Account Strategist to join the Online Marketing team.
The company is a full-service agency that works exclusively with nonprofit clients, mainly in the US, and offer everything from website design to branding, consultations, digital marketing and more.
The team is made up of approximately 40 people and the company has a great company culture.
You'd be working with a mixed group of North Americans, Europeans, Argentines, and other South Americans and would also be in contact with freelance consultants located in the US and South America..
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and executing holistic marketing strategies for nonprofit organizations from initial proposition to potential clients to implementation and monitoring to monthly reporting on results.
- Day-to-day tasks consist of creating marketing plans, implementing campaigns on corresponding platforms, monitoring and optimizing campaigns, and reporting results and strategizing upcoming campaigns in meetings with key organization stakeholders.
- The online marketing team offers a wide variety of marketing services including Google Grant management (paid search); search engine optimization (SEO); paid media on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn; organic social media management; and growth and email marketing.
- Strategists must be able to execute basic campaigns and efforts across all service channels and have in-depth knowledge of at least two.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role
- Expertise with analytical and reporting tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Proven track record of successfully managing strategies or campaigns in at least two of our primary online marketing service areas (see responsibilities)
- Comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Up to date with trends and changes in digital marketing (iOS14, changes to instagram algorithm, GA4 etc.)
- Native in English
- Availability to work during a range of hours that overlaps with standard working hours in the continental US (where a majority of our clients are located)
Preferred but not required
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs and 3rd party integrations
- Experience with e-commerce conversion campaigns in Meta
- Training as a Data Analyst and/or additional experience with data analysis
