The Role
As an Account Manager & Onboarding Specialist at We Brand, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and empowering enterprise customers with our state-of-the-art DAM and brand governance platform. Utilize our powerful content management tools to help organizations maintain consistent branding and efficient content distribution across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Jump Start and Onboarding: Spearhead the onboarding process for new enterprise customers, ensuring smooth and efficient integration. Tailor the onboarding experience to meet each customer's unique needs and goals.
- Account Management: Forge strong relationships with enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Engage continuously to understand their evolving needs, provide ongoing support, and advise on best practices.
- Training and Education: Engage with customers to understand pain points, promptly respond to inquiries, and accurately convey product information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is addressed.
- Clear Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their pain points, provide timely responses to inquiries, and accurately convey product information. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated and addressed promptly.
- Customer Success: Be a trusted advisor to customers, proactively enhancing their experience, driving engagement, and promoting success. Ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth by consistently delivering value.
- Qualitative Experience: Gather feedback, identify trends, and collaborate with our product team to drive customer-centric improvements.
Qualifications and Experience

- Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Experience leading customer onboarding and conducting training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability in developing innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and enhance customer experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent practical experience is considered.
