Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated salesperson to play a pivotal role in our growth. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities, with the potential to transition to a salaried position with bonuses as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in medium to large enterprises and SaaS companies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the PreCallAI team to refine sales strategies and processes.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to inform future development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
