Position Details

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and managing client accounts to foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of the market, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Your expertise in sales and technical sales will be crucial in identifying opportunities and negotiating contracts that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for business development to expand our client base.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing our offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or account management within a relevant industry.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus, enabling you to understand complex product offerings.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills that lead to successful outcomes for both the company and clients.

Expected hours: 40 per week
