Empower Sleep uses your longitudinal health data to optimize your sleep. Sleep is the foundation of our health - and we’re on a mission to make good-quality sleep accessible to everyone.
With a strong focus on outcomes and integrative medicine, our platform aims to ensure health and wellness improvements for every member. Our vertically-integrated platform supports members through the full care journey, from in-home sleep testing and digital diagnosis with sleep physicians to treatment delivery and ongoing care. Empower Sleep provides world-class sleep care without the hassle of the traditional healthcare system (which can take > 3 months).
We’re founded by a team of world-class sleep physicians and operators. We’re backed by renowned funds and angels like Balaji Srinivasan and Andy Salamon (Co-founder of Hims) who are passionate about this mission. Now, we are growing our team and looking for an Account Executive to help us deliver a magical healthcare experience to more people.
About the role
You’ll be joining super early, so you’ll be working alongside our founding team, Dr. Sahil Chopra, MD, Maksim Golivkin, and Sagar Chopra. You’ll nurture close relationships with other medical practices and institutions, build referral channels, and maintain ongoing communication.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase referrals from doctors and explore new opportunities of growth (podcasts, newsletters, influencer marketing, ec.)
- Build out the full sales function for ongoing engagement from referring doctors
- Build a community and provide education/training to medical professionals via webinars and grand rounds
- Collaborate with the founding team to ideate, plan, organize and execute growth experiments
- Encourage yourself & others to get good sleep and live a healthy & happy life :)
You’re a great fit if you have
- Passion towards helping humans live a healthier life
- A network of concierge, DPC, FM physicians that you've already worked with
- Love technology and have worked at an early-stage startup
- Comfort working in a rapidly-evolving field of science
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management and creatively hacking your way to growth
- Strong understanding of the longevity & healthcare industry
- Willingness to travel for medical conferences and events as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
