Job Title: Lead Manager

Location: Hybrid Remote

Pay: $20 per hour + bonuses for closed deals

Job Description:

HomeMerrit is seeking a proactive and organized Lead Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee lead generation efforts, follow up with potential sellers, and work to convert leads into contracts. You will also be responsible for creating and completing contracts. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify incoming leads through various channels.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email and text.
• Collaborate with the Acquisition Director to develop strategies for lead conversion.
• Complete contracts and agreements with clients in a timely manner.
• Follow up with Letters of Intent that have been sent out and keep organized.
• Track and report on lead management metrics and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in lead management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
