Position Details

The HubOps is a dynamic marketing and IT services agency, dedicated to helping businesses grow and scale with innovative solutions. We offer comprehensive marketing strategies and IT support to businesses across various industries in the USA.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our Marketing & IT services to businesses across the USA. Your goal will be to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to help them thrive. For the first 3 months, this position is commission-based only, with the potential to transition to a fixed salary and revised commission structure based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and prospect potential clients who could benefit from The HubOps’ marketing and IT services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Present and sell tailored solutions to meet clients' needs in marketing, branding, digital advertising, and IT services.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the set time frame.
  • Understand The HubOps’ full range of services to clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Work closely with our marketing and IT teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects using our provided calendar tool.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in marketing or IT services).
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies.
  • Ability to quickly grasp The HubOps’ services and align them with client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a commission-based role initially, with the incentive of transitioning to a salary plus commission after 3 months.
